NOTE: Accommodation and meal plan are not included with the price of the course. You have the option to stay onsite and provide all of your meals, or you can book your own accommodation and plan for bringing your own meals:)

Cancellation Policy and Fees

• If a participant requests to cancel their enrollment in the course more than 14 days prior to the start date, a full refund will be issued. 
•  If a participant requests to cancel their enrollment in the course between 7 and 14 days prior to the start date, a 50% refund will be issued. 
•  If a participant requests to cancel their enrollment in the course less than 7 days prior to the start date, no refund will be issued.
•  In the event that the course is cancelled by the organizers, participants will be entitled to a full refund.  
• Please note that all cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the designated contact person. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued to the payment form used to make the original purchase of the course.
